Donna Shalala Breaks Record, Raises Over $800,000 in Third Quarter

Represents the most any campaign for Florida’s 27th congressional district has ever raised in a quarter.

Today, Donna Shalala for Congress announced that it has raised over $800,000 in the third quarter of 2020 – the most any campaign for Florida’s 27th congressional district has ever raised in a quarter – proving how the campaign is building momentum just as voting-by-mail and early voting begins.

“The strength and momentum of our campaign comes from thousands of supporters who believe in affordable and high-quality healthcare, ending this pandemic and getting our economy back on track, and combating climate change,” said Donna Shalala. “We are making progress, but our work is far from over as we continue to deliver results for the people of South Florida.”

This is both the largest haul ever for Donna Shalala for Congress and the largest any campaign has ever raised in Florida’s 27th Congressional District. This report covers fundraising from July 1 through Sept. 30.
